Deck Painting across South Florida

Decks fail from standing water, UV and foot traffic all at once. We clean and, where needed, sand the surface flat, replace or re-fasten loose boards, and choose between a penetrating stain and a solid deck coating based on how much life is left in the wood.

Concrete pool decks are a different animal: they need a breathable, textured coating that stays cool underfoot and does not turn slick when wet. We add a slip-resistant additive in the final coat as standard on any surface around water, because it is not worth saving the money.
