Colour & scheduling
Drawdowns on your wall, HOA submissions if you need them, and a start date we can actually hold. Everything confirmed in writing before we order material.
Protect & prep
The longest phase, and the one that decides how the job looks in five years. Cover, mask, wash, patch, sand, caulk and prime.
Coat & walk through
Two full coats, then we walk the job with you under good light and fix the punch list before the final payment — not after.

The things people ask before booking
How fast can I get an estimate?
Most estimates are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, and we can price simpler jobs from clear photos the same day. You get a written scope and a fixed price, not a range that changes later.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation, and certificates are provided on request before any work begins — standard for condo boards, HOAs and commercial property managers.
What paint do you use?
Premium acrylic lines built for Florida humidity and UV. The exact product, sheen and colour code is written into your estimate so you know what is going on your walls before you sign.
Do you charge for colour help?
No. We will bring samples, do drawdowns on your actual wall and look at them in your light at different times of day. Getting the colour right is part of the job.
How do you protect my home?
Floors are papered or covered, furniture is moved and wrapped, and everything not being painted is masked before a can is opened. The house is reset and swept at the end of every day.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — a written workmanship warranty on every project, with terms confirmed in your estimate. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
